Greetings,
Among the most blessed parts of our service is when we greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are thankful that you have chosen to share in our service. Please know that we extend to you an invitation to discipleship as our hearts are always open to those seeking salvation. We extend an invitation to membership to those who are without a church home for whatever reason.
We offer worship services filled with inspirational music and Bible-based messages that are practical to our every day lives. We share your concerns and consider you to be an integral part of God’s plan and purpose. We encourage you through the Word of God and pray that you will develop a stronger relationship with Him.
Our ministry is deeply rooted in family and in sowing seeds from the Word that will revive, restore and rebuild relationships within families. We recognize that just as the Church is subject unto Christ, the wife is subject unto the husband as the head of the family so that we may govern ourselves as “…a glorious church not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that we should be holy and without blemish” (Ephesians 5:23, 27). We are a “Good Church Getting Better, Striving To Do Our Best.” We are seeking here at Pilgrim Rest to begin focusing on the health of our congregants so that quality of life can be enhanced and preserved for the ministry of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 3 John 1:2 declares “…I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health even as thy soul prospereth.”
We are encouraged through your presence, guests and members alike, because we know that you have “not forsaken the assembling of yourselves together” for praise and worship (Hebrews 10:25).
